As a courtesy to our customers you have up to 30 days to decide if the mattress you purchased feels good and is the right comfort choice for you. Advanced sleep research has shown that it may take up to two weeks for our bodies to adjust to the proper support on a new mattress. If after a minimum of two weeks you are unable to comfortably adjust to the support of your new mattress, you have up to the 30th day from your original delivery to take advantage of our Comfort Guarantee. To participate in this program, simply come back into the store of your original purchase with your receipt and select another mattress of equal value. If you select a mattress of greater value you can simply pay the difference. You may also select a mattress of lesser value. The 30-day Comfort Guarantee is limited to one exchange per customer. Refunds are not available. You may not exchange mattress set for mattress or mattress for mattress set. It has to be equal. A processing and handling fee of 10% of the mattress purchase price, plus a local delivery fee will be assessed to all mattress exchanges. Steps to make your warranty process Faster:
- Take 4 or 5 photos of the mattress from different angles so that we can easily see the issues. Rernove all sheets, pillows, or any materials from the top of the mattress so entire mattress is clearly visible.
- Please tell us what resolution would make you happy.
- If wanting delivery of new product please have credit card available in order to pay the $50.00 delivery charge.
- Please note that per manufacturer guidelines ANY stain on the mattress will completely void your warranty.
- Please be patient and allow up to 5 business days to hear back from us.
