2 1/2 months in and my husband and I still haven't adjusted to this mattress. It does not have a cooling effect whatsoever, in fact it holds heat. We both wake up with back pain. Now we're stuck with it and stuck with poor quality sleep. If you're looking for a new mattress, don't buy this one.

1. The 'How to find my model number" does not work.
2. Finding it in the small print on the label on the mattress is a pain.
3. I bought two mattresses XL twin mattresses for a split king, do I need to register them separately, the registration site provides no guidance.
4. One night, so far I love it.

I ordered a plush but it feels very firm to me so far. I haven't had it very long so I am going to keep trying for a while longer and hope it gets better. Back pain is worse with this mattress so far.

This mattress starts out firm at first but after a few nights sleep is very comfortable. I normally sleep on my back and it's very supportive of them mid to low back and cradled your body!

Extremely poor product and customer service. RXO Logistics - if a company uses them for last mile move along to someone else - save yourself the hassle. Canceled my delivery at the last minute - unable to provide any information on whereabouts of the mattress. Wound up canceling the order. To make matters worse, I ordered the mattress from a retailer and am now returning it. Hard as a rock! Nothing plush about it including the pillow top. Make another selection.
