Not even 2 months after owning there is a big dip on the side of it. Very noticeable and makes it very hard to sleep on. Can't see it in the pictures.

I sleep on the left side of the mattress and it is caving in. I turn the mattress 180 degrees and that side is caving in. I purchased on 08/12/2023 and I expected much more padding and structure for this mattress. I need a pro-rated refund or a new firm mattress.
